Your of: on bread, fruit/vegetables, crackers, pretzels, granola, (Wheaties, Flakes, etc.) combination items. after work, a 15-20 walk neighborhood (weather permitting, you walk house), (turkey, chicken, beef, (don’t eat often), vegetables, salad, etc. free yourself/family……go sleep.
