Get up, shower, get dressed, down of breakfast, work, morning, to greasy lunch, afternoon, to kids practice, for dinner, some TV, to bed.

Well, I’m say need up new routine…….a routine……an routine, it of life.

For example, about routine:
Wake up, do 5-10 of stretching, 20 jacks, 10 pushups, 5 pull-ups (all good form). a break, repeat, a break, repeat. a shower, breakfast (oatmeal fruit, yogurt, of fruit, granola, and water/tea/real juice) (remember: before breakfast!). to work, your (I know, know, it’s crazy, lol). Your of: on bread, fruit/vegetables, crackers, pretzels, granola, (Wheaties, Flakes, etc.) combination items. after work, a 15-20 walk neighborhood (weather permitting, you walk house), (turkey, chicken, beef, (don’t eat often), vegetables, salad, etc. free yourself/family……go sleep.
Now, just routine just with top head, last information just you, I’m bet, better 99% of are now.
It’s not hard, and way, let on secret…..
When start this, when making change, you won’t to stop.
I know sound many to realize, it’s true……very true.
Once that change, you results…..(and you positive results),
You won’t stop; fact, you up many to and lifestyle.
